Identified Employee definition

Identified Employee means those Non-CB Employees identified by Buyer prior to the Closing Date to whom Buyer shall offer employment effective as of the Closing Date.

Identified Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03.

Identified Employee shall have the meaning given in Section 7.8(a).

Examples of Identified Employee in a sentence

• Prior to the Closing, Seller shall pay to each Identified Employee all accrued vacation pay in accordance with applicable law.

• Nothing contained herein, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any Identified Employee any right to continued employment for any period by reason of this Agreement.

• Each Identified Employee who accepts Buyer's offer of employment shall be deemed to be a "Hired Non-CB Employee" on the day such employee commences active employment with Buyer (not earlier than the Closing Date).

• Nothing contained herein is intended to confer upon any Identified Employee any particular term or condition of employment other than as expressly referred to in Section 7.1 of this Agreement.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a commitment of Buyer to continue the employment of any Identified Employee for any period following the Closing Date, nor limit the right of Seller or its Affiliates to change any terms or conditions of employment of any employed Identified Employee following the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Identified Employee

Identified Employee or “Identified Employees” means individually or collectively, Hines, Caldwell, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Sinneshia Xxxxxxxx.

Identified Employee means an employee of the Council and/or any partner of such an employee, who is identified in response to a question on an application form accompanying an application that is received by the Council as either making the application and/or as having had it made on behalf that employee, partner or both of them (as the case may be);
