Prior to the Closing, Seller shall pay to each Identified Employee all accrued vacation pay in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing contained herein, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any Identified Employee any right to continued employment for any period by reason of this Agreement.
Each Identified Employee who accepts Buyer's offer of employment shall be deemed to be a "Hired Non-CB Employee" on the day such employee commences active employment with Buyer (not earlier than the Closing Date).
