IE Certificate definition

IE Certificate means a certificate in the form set out in Exhibit N addressed to the Buyer from an Independent Engineer, procured at the expense of the Supplier.
IE Certificate means a certificate addressed to the AESO from an Independent Engineer, retained by the Generator and at the Generator's sole expense, that complies with the requirements of Section 2.6(a)(iii);
IE Certificate means a certificate addressed to the OPA from an Independent Engineer, procured by the Supplier and at the Supplier’s sole expense, that complies with the requirements of Section 2.6(a)(iv) of the FIT Contract.

  • No Energy or RECs (i) attributable to the portion of the Facility completed during the Additional Construction Period and (ii) generated prior to the delivery of the Additional Construction IE Certificate to Buyer, shall be purchased or sold under this Agreement.

  • If the Buyer determines that the IE Certificate, Supplier’s Certificate, or such documentation provided by the Supplier under the Supplier’s Certificate are not acceptable to the Buyer, the Buyer shall at the time of such notification provide to the Supplier reasonable particulars in respect of the deficiencies in the IE Certificate, Supplier’s Certificate, or such documentation.

  • The preceding provisions of this Section notwithstanding, the Owner Trustee shall not make and the Certificate Registrar shall not register any transfer or exchange of a related Residual Certificate, related Class I-E Certificate or related Class C Certificates for a period of 15 days preceding the due date for any payment with respect to such Certificates.

  • If the Buyer determines that the IE Certificate, Supplier’s Certificate, or such documentation provided by the Supplier under the Supplier’s Certificate are not acceptable to the Buyer, acting reasonably, the Buyer shall at the time of such notification provide to the Supplier reasonable particulars in respect of the deficiencies in the IE Certificate, Supplier’s Certificate, or such other documentation.


More Definitions of IE Certificate

IE Certificate means the certificate of an Independent Engineer in the form attached as Exhibit H.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class SB Certificate. Class X Certificate: Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class X Certificate.

  • Single Certificate With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates), a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a Percentage Interest for such Class corresponding to an initial Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of $1,000. With respect to the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates, a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a 20% Percentage Interest in such Class.

  • Class A-8 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 and Exhibit C hereto.
