Implementation Partners definition

Implementation Partners means local governmental entities and interested Washington-based associations representing the appropriate sectors of the construction industry.
Implementation Partners means the Hai Xxxxx Women’s Union, the Nam Xxxx Women’s Union, the Ninh Xxxx Women’s Union and the Thai Xxxx Women’s Union and any other eligible entity as may be selected from time to time by mutual agreement between the Recipient, the relevant Project Province and the Association, and any respective successors thereto; and an “Implementation Partner” means any of the said Implementation Partners.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • BCP means BCP Asset Management Limited and its successors, assigns and transferees.

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith, from the Borrower to the Bank, containing the performance indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation;

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
