Project Highway means the Site comprising the existing road {, proposed bypasses and tunnels} forming part of [NH-** from km ** to km **] and all Project Assets, and its subsequent development and augmentation in accordance with this Agreement;
Improved property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.
Critical infrastructure means a communication infrastructure system, cybersecurity system, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment system, or water treatment facility.

Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.
Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Cluster development means a subdivision with lots clustered in a group of five or more lots that is
residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).
Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.
Commercial project means any project, including, but not
Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.
Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.
Mixed use development means a building, combination of buildings, or building complex, designed to functionally and physically integrate non-residential uses such as retail, commercial, institutional, recreational, or community uses with residential uses, in a complementary manner.
Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
Through highway means every street or highway as provided in section 4511.65 of the Revised Code.
Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:
