Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.
Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++
Primary highway means any highway, other than an inter- state highway, at any time officially designated as a part of the fed- eral−aid primary system by the department and approved by the appropriate authority of the federal government.
Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.
Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:
residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).
Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.
Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.
Commercial project means any project, including, but not
Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.
Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.
Mixed use development means a Building used, designed or intended for Residential and Non-Residential uses, where:
Public highway means a public highway, road, street, avenue, alley, or thoroughfare of any kind, or a bridge, tunnel, or subway used by the public.
Through highway means every street or highway as provided in section 4511.65 of the Revised Code.
Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:
Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.
Highways means public streets, highways, and alleys.
