Paved Surface definition

Paved Surface means a surface constructed of bitumen, concrete, brick or other appropriate material determined by the Joint Venturers.
Paved Surface means a surface with a wearing layer or layers of asphalt, concrete or asphalt emulsion;

More Definitions of Paved Surface

Paved Surface means a surface with a wearing layer or layers of asphalt, concrete or asphalt emulsion; “roadway” has the same meaning as in subsection 1 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act;
Paved Surface means any form of pavement used on any street in the District, whether such pavement is composed of concrete, asphalt, oil, gravel, crushed rock, or any combination of said forms of pavement.
Paved Surface means an all-weather surface covered by concrete, asphalt, masonry, or a similar material and includes surfaces used for driveways, walkways, patios, and structures.
Paved Surface means a driveway or parking space surfaced and maintained with asphalt, concrete, brick, stone, block, or crushed stone.
Paved Surface means an improved area, generally utilized for parking or access, covered by asphalt, concrete, or other hard surface material, as approved by the Development Review Committee (DRC). “Paved Surface” specifically excludes dry gravel and similar materials as a finished product, but allows for the use of permeable pavement as approved by the Development Review Committee (DRC).
Paved Surface means a ground surface covered with poured concrete with or without decorative surface materials, blacktop, pavers, or other asphaltic or rubber mixture which may include sand or gravel as an ingredient and which creates a hard surface. A graded natural surface or one covered with rolled stone or overlaid with loose gravel shall not be considered a paved surface.
Paved Surface means a solid, sealed surface constructed of asphalt, concrete, stone, brick, or other similar material which is designed to adequately support the weight of vehicles using such surface and which is designed to prevent the occurrence of mud and dust with continued vehicular use. Honeycombed concrete, brick, or stone pavers that are designed by the manufacturer for use as a decorative parking surface shall be deemed a paved surface, provided that adequate surface area is provided so that all wheels of the vehicle are parked on such surface. Gravel, loose aggregate or other similar materials that are not bonded together so as to provide a solid, sealed surface shall not be deemed a paved surface.
