Incarcerated person definition

Incarcerated person means a person who is incarcer- ated in a penal facility or who is placed on probation and given confinement under s. 973.09 (4) as a condition of placement, dur- ing the period of confinement for which the person has been sen- tenced.
Incarcerated person for purposes of abatement means a person who is totally or partially confined in a jail, prison, or correction- al facility for at least six months or is serving a sentence of at least six months in a jail, prison, or correctional facility.
Incarcerated person means a person who is incarcerated in a penal facility or who is placed on probation and given confinement under s. 973.09 (4) as a condition of placement, during the period of confinement for which the person has been sentenced.
