Inclusionary Units means any finished dwelling unit that meets the provisions of 5.11.4.

The mechanism for setting the maximum Affordable Housing Cost and income level for each Inclusionary Unit is set forth in Section 5 of this Housing Plan.
Inclusionary Units means 13 Condominiums in the project as designated from time to time by Declarant in compliance with the Inclusionary Unit Ordinances, which are identified in the attached Exhibit D.
