Income Share definition

Income Share means the percentage derived from a comparison of each parent's annual income after allowable deductions and credits as indicated on the worksheet to the total annual income of both parents.
Income Share means the fixed percentage of your Earned Income that you will owe during the Payment Term in return for the funding you receive. The Income Share is not an interest rate or annual percentage rate.
