Incremental Services definition

Incremental Services will have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Incremental Services means Services requested by Customer Sponsor in writing, not covered under the MSSP. Customer Sponsor and WorkForce are jointly responsible for ensuring that requests are within the spend authorization of the contract and its amendments. Such services are provided under the Contract.
Incremental Services means Services that would not, in the ordinary course of business, be required to operate the Business, including, but not limited to responding to investigations by Governmental or Regulatory Authorities regarding the Product. Horizon will have the option of terminating an Incremental Service and its corresponding fees, as set forth in Schedule A hereto, upon seven (7) days' written notice to Warnxx-Xxxxxxx.

Examples of Incremental Services in a sentence

  • Service Provider will notify the Regulator of any proposed Surcharge to be levied on Users of Incremental Services and designed to recover non-conforming capital expenditure or a specified portion of non-conforming capital expenditure.

  • If Service Provider proposes an Extension of the Covered Pipeline, it must apply to the Regulator for the Regulator to decide whether the proposed Extension will be taken to form part of the Covered Pipeline such that this Access Arrangement would apply to the Incremental Services provided by means of the proposed Extension.

  • Xxrizon will be relieved of any obligation to pay for terminated Services and Incremental Services from and after the effective date of such termination; provided, however, that Horizon will continue to pay for any noncancellable commitments reasonably made by Warnxx-Xxxxxxx xx anticipation of providing the Services as required herein.

This is true even if the deficiency was detected during a later developmental stage. The deficiency may be the result of injury or disease during the developmental period. Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Incidental services means those services ancillary to the supply of the goods and services, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training and other such obligations of the vendor covered under the contract;

  • Outpatient hospital services means preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, observation, rehabilitation, or palliative services provided to an outpatient by or under the direction of a physician, dentist, or other practitioner by an institution that:

  • Hospital Services means the clinical services provided by the Hospital and the operational activities that support those clinical services, that are funded in whole or in part by the Funder, and includes the type, volume, frequency and availability of Hospital Services; HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications means the document entitled “HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications” as it may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Inpatient hospital services means any health care service provided to a patient who has been admitted to a hospital and is required to remain in that hospital overnight, but does not include any secure forensic mental health services;

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;
