Examples of Incremental Services in a sentence
To the extent that the Board of the Joint Venture unanimously determines to obtain any additional corporate services from Clorox (“Incremental Services”) in any calendar year, the Service Fee for such year will be increased by an amount (the “Supplemental Amount”) equal to the cost of providing such Incremental Services (which will thereafter be deemed Clorox Services) for the remainder of that calendar year.
Except as expressly provided herein, the Services and Incremental Services are provided "as is" and without any express or implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
As used herein, "Incremental Services" means Services that would not, in the ordinary course of business, be required to operate the Business, including, but not limited to responding to investigations by Governmental or Regulatory Authorities regarding the Product.
Some examples of Incremental Services are modifications, enhancements, conversion support, additional training, etc.
This Agreement will expire on November 30, 2000, or earlier upon termination of all Services and Incremental Services pursuant to Section 7.2.

You agree to pay when due the monthly fees for the License Agreement and the Monthly Services as set forth in the License Agreement and the Social Workplace website, as well as fees for any Incremental Services used by you.
