Administrative Expense Claims definition

Administrative Expense Claims shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.2(d).

• All Claims and Equity Interests, except Administrative Expense Claims and Priority Tax Claims, are placed in the Classes set forth below.

More Definitions of Administrative Expense Claims

Administrative Expense Claims shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Amended Reorganization Plan.

Administrative Expense Claims means a Claim(s) for costs and expenses of administration pursuant to Bankruptcy Code §§ 503(b), 507(a)(2), 507(b), or 1114(e)(2), including: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred after the Petition Date and through the Effective Date of preserving the Estate and operating the businesses of the Debtors (such as wages, salaries, or commissions for services, and payments for goods and other services and leased premises); (b) all fees and charges assessed against the Estate pursuant to section 1930 of chapter 123 of Title 28 of the United States Code; (c) all Allowed Professional Fee Claims; (d) any Cure Costs; and (e) all Allowed Claims for compensation or expense reimbursement for making a substantial contribution in these Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to Bankruptcy Code §§ 503(b)(3), (4), and (5) approved by the Bankruptcy Court.
