Natural Supports or "Natural Support System" means resources and supports (e.g. relatives, friends, neighbors, significant others, roommates, or the community) who are willing to voluntarily provide services to an individual without the expectation of compensation. Natural supports are identified in collaboration with the individual and the potential "natural support". The natural support is required to have the skills, knowledge, and ability to provide the needed services and supports.
Medical support means providing health care coverage for a joint child by carrying health care coverage for the joint child or by contributing to the cost of health care coverage, public coverage, unreimbursed medical expenses, and uninsured medical expenses of the joint child.
Financial Support means any loans, guarantees, Security or other financial assistance (whether actual or contingent).
Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
Local support means funds from tax sources, gifts, endowments, penal fines, or other funds received from local sources, excluding state and federal aid as stated in this act.
Financial Support Direction means a financial support direction issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 43 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.
Cash medical support means an obligation to equally share all reasonable and necessary medical and dental expenses of children.
Individual Support Plan means a document in writing (as amended from time to time) between You and a Service User, their family, guardian, advocate or financial manager about the disability services to be delivered to the Service User and how those services will be delivered to meet the Service User’s identified goals;
Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.
National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
Child support means that part of an Enhanced Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Enhanced Child Restraint System.
Support means assistance that individuals require, solely because of the affects of developmental disability, to maintain or increase independence, achieve community presence and participation, and improve productivity. Support is flexible and subject to change with time and circumstances.
Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:
First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.
Outreach means the Outreach to potential Clients to link them to appropriate Mental Health 27 Services and may include activities that involve educating the community about the services offered and 28 requirements for participation in the programs. Such activities should result in the CONTRACTOR 29 developing their own Client referral sources for the programs they offer.
New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.
Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.
Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.
Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.
Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.
Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
