Initial Dollar Notes definition

Initial Dollar Notes means the $175,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 73/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015 of the Company denominated in dollars that are issued on the Issue Date.
Initial Dollar Notes means the Issuer’s 6.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 issued on the Issue Date pursuant to the second Notes Supplemental Indenture in an aggregate principal amount of $500,000,000 (and any Notes issued in respect thereof pursuant to Section 2.07, 2.08, 2.11, 2.16(c), 2.16(d) or 3.06).
Initial Dollar Notes has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

Initial Dollar Notes has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
