Initial Participant definition

Initial Participant means a Participant which is an initial signatory to this Agreement;

Initial Participant means an Eligible Employee whose benefit liability under the Prior Supplemental Plan was transferred to the Company on the Effective Date.

Initial Participant shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

More Definitions of Initial Participant

Initial Participant means Allied Irish Banks, P.L.C.
