Initial Valuation Report definition

Initial Valuation Report means the initial valuation report prepared and issued by Cushman & Wakefield and Nordic Hotel Consulting on 30 December 2018 setting out the market value of each Initial Property.
Initial Valuation Report means a report prepared by the Valuer and supplied to the Representative on or before the Issue Date and setting out the Portfolio Net Market Value and the Net Market Value of each Portfolio Asset addressed to, or capable of being relied upon by, the Bondholders.

More Definitions of Initial Valuation Report

Initial Valuation Report shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.1(g) hereof.
Initial Valuation Report means an independent appraisal of the Fair Market Value of the Acceptable Fixed Productive Assets prepared by the relevant Valuers dated no more than thirty (30) Business Days prior to the Project Completion Date.

Related to Initial Valuation Report

  • Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Pinchin Environmental Ltd. and dated June 5, 2008 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Approved Valuation Firm means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, each of (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (c) Lincoln International LLC, (d) Duff & Xxxxxx and (e) any other nationally recognized valuation firm approved by the Borrower and the Facility Agent.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Bid Valuation Date means January 15, 2010.
