  • Instructing Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(a).

  • Instructing Group means at any time:

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.

  • Distributor representative means a representative employed by a distributor branch or distributor.

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Issuer Representative means the Chairman of the Board of the Issuer or such other person at the time, and from time to time, designated by written certificate of the Issuer furnished to the Borrower containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate shall designate an alternate or alternates, any of whom may act at any time as Issuer Representative.

  • Password is the customer-generated code selected by you for use during the initial sign-on, or the codes you select after the initial sign-on, that establishes your connection to the Service;

  • Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.

  • Instruction means a notification communicated to the issuer of an uncertificated security which directs that the transfer of the security be registered or that the security be redeemed.

  • Protected Customer means any Person to whom the Company Group has sold its products or services or actively solicited to sell its products or services.

  • Customer Service Representative means a person that provides an insurance service and insurance product information:

  • Instructional day means a day within the instructional term which meets the following

  • Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.

  • Advisory Client means any client (including both investment companies and managed accounts) for which Invesco serves as an investment adviser, renders investment advice, or makes investment decisions.

  • Access Holder means an Applicant who has been granted Access Rights to the Network;

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Government Representative means any officer or employee of the state or a political

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Directing Holder means the Holder of Note A-1 or, if Note A-1 is included in a Securitization, the holders of Certificates issued in connection with such Securitization representing the specified interest in the class of Certificates designated as the “Controlling Class” or the duly appointed representative of the holders of such Certificates or such other party that the Note A-1 Holder grants the right to exercise the rights granted to the Directing Holder in this Agreement; provided, that no Borrower Party shall be entitled to act as Directing Holder.
