Integrity oversight monitor definition

Integrity oversight monitor means a private entity that contracts to provide specialized services to ensure legal compliance, detect misconduct, and promote best practices in the administration of recovery and rebuilding projects, which services may include, but shall not be limited to, legal, investigative, accounting, forensic accounting, engineering, other professional specialties, risk assessment, developing compliance system constructs, loss prevention, monitoring, contract managers and independent private inspectors general.

  • Contract Monitor means the Department employee identified in Section 1.6 of the IFB as the Contract Monitor.

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Interim Monitor means any monitor appointed pursuant to Paragraph III of this Order or Paragraph III of the related Order to Maintain Assets.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Reliability Coordinator Area means that portion of the Bulk Electric System under the purview of the Reliability Coordinator.

  • Architectural services means those services described as the "practice of architecture," as defined in K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Internal combustion engine or ‘engine’ means an energy converter, other than a gas turbine, designed to transform chemical energy (input) into mechanical energy (output) with an internal combustion process; it includes, where they have been installed, the emission control system and the communication interface (hardware and messages) between the engine's electronic control unit(s) and any other powertrain or non-road mobile machinery control unit necessary to comply with Chapters II and III;

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.

  • S&P CDO Monitor The dynamic, analytical computer model developed by S&P and used to calculate the default frequency in terms of the amount of debt assumed to default as a percentage of the original principal amount of the Collateral Obligations consistent with a specified benchmark rating level based upon certain assumptions (including the applicable S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate) and S&P’s proprietary corporate default studies, as may be amended by S&P from time to time upon notice to the Issuer, the Trustee, the Collateral Manager and the Collateral Administrator. Each S&P CDO Monitor will be chosen by the Collateral Manager (with notice to the Collateral Administrator) and associated with either (x) an S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate and an S&P Minimum Weighted Average Floating Spread from Section 2 of Schedule 4 or (y) an S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate and an S&P Minimum Weighted Average Floating Spread confirmed by S&P, provided that as of any date of determination the Weighted Average S&P Recovery Rate for the Highest Ranking Class equals or exceeds the S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate for such Class chosen by the Collateral Manager and the Weighted Average Floating Spread equals or exceeds the S&P Minimum Weighted Average Floating Spread chosen by the Collateral Manager.   • Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.

  • Oversight means the term as it is defined in the Stewardship Agreement between CDOT and the FHWA.

  • External Auditor as used here shall mean any registered public accounting firm engaged for the purpose of preparing or issuing an audit report or performing other audit, review or attest services for the Company. Each such external auditor shall report directly to the Committee. With respect to the external auditor, the Committee shall:

  • Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

  • Sustainability Coordinator means BofA Securities, Inc., in its capacity as the sustainability coordinator.
