Interconnect Facilities definition

Interconnect Facilities means the wastewater meters and other facilities owned and operated by the CDD at the points of connection between Xxxxx’x Collection Facilities and the Treatment Facilities.
Interconnect Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section I.A. of Exhibit F.
Interconnect Facilities means those pipeline facilities that are required to connect the Pipeline System to the facilities of User or of another person who receives and delivers Gas for User's account, which are necessary to enable Service Provider to receive or deliver Gas under this Agreement.

Examples of Interconnect Facilities in a sentence

  • Wastewater received by the CDD from Xxxxx through the Interconnect Facilities shall be deemed to be the property of the CDD.

  • No later than forty-five (45) days prior to PSINet's planned installation of its Equipment or POP-to-POP Interconnect Facilities at any IXC Premises, PSINet shall provide to IXC notice of its desire to interconnect/locate in a particular IXC Premise, a copy of PSINet's construction design drawings and installation schedule for IXC's review and approval (collectively referred to hereon as the "Interconnect/Collocation Notice").

  • In the event this Agreement terminates due to a material default by IXC, either PSINet or IXC may remove the PSINet Equipment or POP-to-POP Interconnect Facilities at its own expense upon fifteen (15) working days written notice to the other party.

  • In the event PSINet's Equipment or POP-to-POP Interconnect Facilities are located in the IXC Premises Customer Interface Facility ("CIF"), PSINet may perform routine preventative maintenance or emergency maintenance and repairs on its Equipment or POP-to-POP Interconnect Facilities during normal business hours (7 am - 6 pm local time) without advance notice to IXC.

  • IXC reserves the right to make periodic inspections of any part of the fiber, POP-to-POP Interconnect Facilities and Equipment located within or physically attached to the IXC Premises; provided that PSINet shall have the right to have one or more of its employees or representatives present during the time of any such inspection.


More Definitions of Interconnect Facilities

Interconnect Facilities means the overhead 60KV pole line, ----------------------- transfer trip equipment, telemetering and revenue meters, constructed and installed by PG&E on the Property and the property of others pursuant to the PG&E Agreement referred to in Section 1.8(a).
Interconnect Facilities means the two-way flow valve, Meter, piping and vault installed at the Point of Connection and depicted on Exhibit “A”.
Interconnect Facilities means Transwestern'sa 4-inch riser and side valve on Transwestern’s lateral, Section __, Blk ___, ________ Survey, Xxxxxxxx County, which shall be installed, owned and operated by Transwestern pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Interconnect Facilities means a 12-inch tap, side valve and riser located in Eddy County, New Mexico to be constructed, owned and operated by Transwestern pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Interconnect Facilities means a 12-inch tap, side valve, riser, and measurement sufficient to deliver and measure up to 100,000 MMBtu/d to Questar. located in San Xxxx County, New Mexico to be installed, owned and operated by Transwestern pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Interconnect Facilities means all facilities (except for Transmission Facilities) necessary to enable PEPCO to receive the electrical power from the Plant, including but not limited to, all metering devices, transformers and associated equipment, communications equipment, relay and switching equipment, circuit breakers and other protective devices and safety equipment, and telecommunications equipment, wherever located.
Interconnect Facilities means the wastewater meters and other facilities owned and operated by the CDD at the points of connection between Howey’s Collection Facilities and the Treatment Facilities.
