Interim Indenture definition

Interim Indenture means the indenture among the Company, the guarantors thereunder and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, dated [ ] [ ], 2009, as amended from time to time.
Interim Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of [ ] [ ], 2009, by and among the Company, the Guarantors party thereto and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, pursuant to which the Interim Notes were issued.
