Interim renewal license definition

Interim renewal license means an interim license issued by the Commission to an applicant for renewal of a license, work permit, or other approval involving a finding of suitability when the applicant’s application is pending consideration at an evidentiary hearing or the licensee or holder of a work permit has a pending accusation.
