Interruptible Gas definition

Interruptible Gas means that gas which is subject to interruption or curtailment by KUB at any time and to the extent that KUB, in its sole discretion, deems desirable.
Interruptible Gas means that gas that is subject to interruption or curtailment by Gibson County Utility District at any time and to the extend that Gibson County Utility District, in its sole discretion, deems desirable.
Interruptible Gas means Gas that is accorded a lower priority on the Gathering System with respect to capacity allocations, interruptions or curtailments as compared to Firm Capacity Gas.

More Definitions of Interruptible Gas

Interruptible Gas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d).
Interruptible Gas means all gas delivered to Firm Industrial customers under Rate Code G300 during a day in excess of Firm Gas and all gas delivered to Interruptible Industrial customers under Rate Code G400.

"Firm Gas"-- subject to the provisions hereof, Buyer and Seller are firmly obligated to Schedule, sell and purchase the DCQ during the Period of Delivery, which shall be less than or equal to one or more Months; and which, in each case, shall be the maximum quantity of Gas which may be Scheduled, delivered or received each Gas Day.

Related to Interruptible Gas

  • Interruptible means that either party may interrupt its performance at any time for any reason, whether or not caused by an event of Force Majeure, with no liability, except such interrupting party may be responsible for any Imbalance Charges as set forth in Section 4.3 related to its interruption after the nomination is made to the Transporter and until the change in deliveries and/or receipts is confirmed by Transporter.

  • Interruptible Service means service from approved contracts under which Company is not expressly obligated to deliver specific volumes within a given time period, and which anticipates and permits interruption on short notice, or service under approved contracts which expressly or impliedly require installation of altemate fuel capability.

  • Thermal energy means the thermal output produced by a combustion source used directly as part of a manufacturing process, industrial/commercial process, or heating/cooling application, but not used to produce electricity.

  • Outage means the state of a component when it is not available to perform its intended function due to some event directly associated with that component. An outage may or may not cause an interruption of service to customers, depending on system configuration.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Producers means the agents, general agents, sub-agents, brokers, wholesale brokers, independent contractors, consultants, affinity groups, insurance solicitors, producers or other Persons who sell the Insurance Contracts.
