Interruption Notice definition

Interruption Notice has the meaning given in Clause 6.2;

Interruption Notice means the notice from BBL Company to Shipper, informing Shipper of the interruption of Interruptible Transmission Capacity. An Interruption Notice can be incorporated in a Confirmation.

Interruption Notice means the notice provided (in accordance with the Uniform Network Code) by telephone or facsimile requesting interruption.

• Notwithstanding the above, any Put Interruption Notice occurring during an Extended Put Period is governed by Section 2.3.4.

• If at any time after a Put Notice shall have been delivered to Investor but before the related Pricing Period End Date, the Company acquires knowledge of such Material Facts or any Ineffective Period occurs, the Company shall promptly notify the Investor and shall deliver a Put Interruption Notice to the Investor pursuant to Section 2.3.4 by facsimile and overnight courier by the end of that Business Day.

• The Abatement Service Interruption Cure Period shall be extended by reason of any delays in Landlord’s ability to cure the Service Interruption in question caused by Landlord’s Force Majeure, provided however, that in no event shall the Abatement Service Interruption Cure Period with respect to any Service Interruption be longer than ten (10) consecutive business days after Landlord receives the applicable Service Interruption Notice.
