Investment Element definition

Investment Element means, in relation to a Transferred Policy, Residual Policy or Excluded Policy, such part or amount of any premium which is applicable to the purchase of units in a Linked Fund or to the purchase of With-Profits Units;
Investment Element means (in relation to a Policy which is or becomes a Unitised With Profits Policy):
Investment Element means 75% of the investment as described in 5(b) below.
