Investor Representatives shall refer to the individuals elected by Investor Partners who shall serve as representatives of the Investor Partners. The first five (5) Investor Partners who acquire at least a four percent (4%) Partnership Interest shall be entitled to designate one (1) Investor Representative; provided that there be no more than five (5) Investor Representatives unless the then existing Investor Representatives elect to expand the number of Investor Representatives to a total of up to nine (9).
