IP Register definition

IP Register means the register set out in Annexure C, as updated in accordance with clause 25.4. Foreground IP means any IP created under (or otherwise in connection with the performance of) this contract. Key Person means a person identified in item 14 of the CSS. Key Subcontract means a Subcontract entered into with a Key Subcontractor. Key Subcontractor means a person identified as a ‘Key Subcontractor’ in item 12 of the CSS as updated from time to time. Loss means any liability, loss, damage, costs, compensation or expense (including the cost of any settlement and legal costs and expenses on a solicitor and own client basis).
IP Register means the register referred to in clause 7.3 below.
IP Register means the register of IP relevant to the performance of the Project that is referred to in clause 4.18; Key Personnel means Personnel of the Research Providers described as Key Personnel in Item 3 of Schedule A;

  • This allows the Researcher to make edits and is particularly useful for updating the IP Records (IP Register) and any commercialisation plans developed for a project.When there are changes to be made to the IP Records or commercialisation plans, or when clarification on the current Disclosure is required, the Approver (eg SRA RFU Manager) needs to direct the Researcher back to the IP Record Portal to make such changes.

  • The Council shall establish and the Managing Director(s) shall maintain a register of intellectual property recording the licensing by the Company of any of its IP to any third parties in accordance with the IP Policy (" IP Register") under the Articles of Association.

  • The information to be recorded by this clause 13 may be recorded in the IP Register, or in another document.


More Definitions of IP Register

IP Register means a register of Intellectual Property as described in clause 19. Listed Marine Species has the same meaning as in the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Xxx 0000 (Cth). Listed Threatened Species has the same meaning as in the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Xxx 0000 (Cth).
IP Register means the register of Intellectual Property to be developed and maintained by the Alliance Director under clause 13. KPI means the key performance indicators determined by the Management Committee under clause 3.6(e) from time to time. Loss means all penalties, judgments, damages, losses, costs (including legal costs on an indemnity basis), expenses or liabilities, including those arising out of the terms of any settlement, whether present, unascertained, threatened, immediate, future or contingent and whether based in contract, tort, equity, statute or otherwise.
IP Register means the register specified in clause 17.2.

  • PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA;

  • Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.

  • National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.

  • Company IP Registrations means all Company Intellectual Property that is subject to any issuance registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

  • CVR Register has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).

  • Share Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Trust by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the APS.

  • Submittal Register means a list provided by Contractor of all items to be furnished for review and approval by A/E and Owner and as identified in the Contract Documents including anticipated sequence and submittal dates.

  • Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.

  • Debenture Register shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(c).

  • Company Registered IP means all of the Registered IP owned by, under obligation of assignment to, or filed in the name of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Loan Register Defined in Section 5.4(n).

  • Lender Register has the meaning provided in Section 2.08(b).

  • International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;

  • Note Register shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.

  • Company Registered Intellectual Property means all Registered Intellectual Property owned by, filed in the name of, assigned to or applied for by, the Company.
