IP Transit definition

IP Transit means a connection to the Internet using the TCP/IP protocol, provided at a particular bandwidth or speed. The bandwidths and speeds quoted are maximum theoretical line speeds and actual throughput will be affected by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: latency, operating system version and settings, host capability and load, and congestion on the Internet beyond the Commsworld System;
IP Transit means the act of passing IP traffic from one location to another via a layer 2 or layer 3 connection as measured in Mbps.

More Definitions of IP Transit

IP Transit means internet connectivity and Bandwidth provisioned by EZEE FIBER TEXAS to Customer pursuant to an Order Form, and shall be further defined in Section 2 below;

In the event of a connection point failing, Client traffic will be fail-over to the remaining connection point (The Client should ensure that both connection points are connected to the Clients Equipment);

For each Patent and Patent application in the Company Registered IP, the Target Companies have obtained valid assignments of inventions from each inventor. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.13(a)(iii), all Company Registered IP is owned exclusively by the applicable Target Company without obligation to pay royalties, licensing fees or other fees, or otherwise account to any third party with respect to such Company Registered IP.

  • Transit means the passage of a third country national or a stateless person through the territory of the Requested State while travelling from the Requesting State to the country of destination;
