IRU Fee definition

IRU Fee means the amount of money in United States Dollars IRU Grantee shall pay McLeodUSA for the use of the IRU Fibers as set forth in Exhibit A.
IRU Fee is defined in Section 5(a) of this IRU Agreement. (qq) “Maintenance” is defined in Exhibit D to this IRU Agreement. (rr) “MTTR” is defined in Exhibit C to this IRU Agreement.
IRU Fee means the amount to be paid by Customer for the IRU as specified below in Section 3.

Examples of IRU Fee in a sentence

  • If there is no Consumer Price Index Increase (i.e., there is deflation during the relevant period), there shall be no reduction in the IRU Fee from the prior year.

  • Operator shall submit to Tacoma Power, as of the Effective Date, and on an annual basis on the Annual Reporting Date, a report in a form reasonably acceptable to Tacoma Power, demonstrating Operator’s financial health and Operator’s ability to pay the IRU Fee and all other ongoing financial obligations associated with this IRU Agreement.

  • Commencing on the Effective Date, Operator shall pay the IRU Fee, together with any applicable leasehold excise taxes, to Tacoma Power on a monthly basis in twelve (12) equal instalments in each of the first three (3) years of the Term, and on a quarterly basis in four (4) equal instalments for each year of the Term thereafter.

  • Unless otherwise specifically stated elsewhere, Operator will tender payment for the IRU Fee in advance on the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for the installment period in which the IRU Fee payment is due.

  • Operator agrees to pay to Tacoma Power an annual fee (“IRU Fee”) in accordance with the following amounts: First Year of the Term: $2,500,000 Second Year of the Term: $2,625,000 Third Year of the Term: $2,750,000 Fourth Year of the Term: $2,875,000 Fifth Year of the Term: $3,000,000 Each subsequent year of the Term following the Fifth Year, the IRU Fee shall be adjusted on the anniversary of the Effective Date to reflect the Consumer Price Index Increase.


More Definitions of IRU Fee

IRU Fee for any portion of the Capacity shall mean the fee for such portion of the Capacity specified in Schedule 2.
IRU Fee shall be the fee specified in Exhibit "B".
IRU Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
IRU Fee means the one-time fee in the amount of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,800,000.00) to be paid by the Grantee to the County pursuant to Section 3.1.
IRU Fee means the Equivalent Compensation to be paid by Global Crossing for the strands of Dark Fiber in the Global IRU during the Term and the first Renewal Term, if any as further as described in Article III of this Agreement and the monetary consideration to be paid by Global Crossing for any Renewal Term as provided in Paragraph 2.3.
IRU Fee means (i) for calendar years 2020 and 2021, an annual fee equal to Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) (the “Initial IRU Fee”) and (ii) for calendar year 2022 and each calendar year thereafter during the Term, an annual fee equal to the Adjusted IRU Fee.
IRU Fee means the fee calculated on the basis of the actual aggregate mileage of the City System for which an IRU has been granted to Customer as set forth in Articles 2 and 5, hereafter, and shall not include applicable charges for the Maintenance Fees, Costs or Impositions incurred or accrued by reason of the IRU.
