Examples of IRU Term in a sentence

  • The term of this Agreement (the "Term") shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end upon expiration of the last IRU Term to expire, provided that, with respect to the Interim IRU, the Term shall extend twenty-five years from the Effective Date.

  • The term of this Agreement in respect of each System Segment (the "IRU Term") shall begin on the applicable Acceptance Date and shall end on the twenty-fifth (25th) anniversary of such Acceptance Date.

  • During the IRU Term, Xxxxxxxx shall perform all required Routine Maintenance at no additional cost to WinStar.

  • Purchaser may deliver such notice to Seller at any time with respect to any or all of the IRUs granted hereunder and with respect to any IRU covered by such notice, the IRU Term shall be deemed terminated as of the Notice Date.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Services Term means the period during which you are entitled by Red Hat to use, receive access or consume a particular Red Hat Product pursuant to an Order Form or Business Partner order.

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Licence Term means the Initial Term plus any Further Term; Licensee means You and/or the Permitted Users;

  • Basic Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.2 of the Lease.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Initial Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b).

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.
