Issue Closing Date definition

Issue Closing Date means the date of closure of the Issue of Debentures, as set out in the Disclosure Document.
Issue Closing Date means the date after which the SCSBs (through its Designated Branches or through the online/electronic application on the website of the SCSBs (if made available by such SCSBs)), will not accept any Applications for the Issue, as intimated by the Company to the Banker to the Issue and the Registrar in the format as annexed hereto and marked as Annexure A;
Issue Closing Date means the Settlement Date of that MTN Debenture or those MTN Debentures which is or are the last in time to be settled from that particular issue of MTN Debentures;

Examples of Issue Closing Date in a sentence

  • The Rights Entitlements of the Physical Shareholders who do not furnish the details of their demat account to the Registrar not later than two Working Days prior to the Issue Closing Date, shall lapse.

  • The Rights Entitlements that are not exercised prior to the end of the Issue Closing Date will expire and become null and void, and Eligible Equity Shareholders will not receive any consideration for them.

  • Renouncees may not be able to apply in case of failure in completion of renunciation through off-market transfer in such a manner that the Rights Entitlements are credited to the demat account of the Renouncees prior to the Issue Closing Date.

  • Occurrence of any such events after the Issue Closing Date could also impact the market price of our Equity Shares.

  • The Equity Shares that you subscribe in the Issue may not be credited to your demat account with the depository participants until approximately 15 days from the Issue Closing Date.
