Issuer Administration Fee means the fee payable annually in advance to the Issuer on each March 1, in the amount of .10% per annum of the expected principal amount of Mortgage Loan at the inception of each payment period based on the original balance of the Mortgage Loan and projected amortization thereof, as set forth in Exhibit D. On the Closing Date, the Borrower will pay the Issuer Administration Fee in advance to the Issuer for the period from the Closing Date to February 28, 2023. The Trustee will remit to the Issuer (upon receipt of an invoice from the Issuer), payable solely from funds provided by the Borrower, all payments of the Issuer Administration Fee due on or after March 1, 2023. A schedule of the Issuer Administration Fee is attached to this Indenture as Exhibit D.
