Issuing Officer definition

Issuing Officer means the chief administrator of a school district, intermediate school district, public school academy, or nonpublic school, or a person authorized by that chief administrator in writing to act on his or her behalf.

Issuing Officer means the Procurement Professional designated in the Procurement Solicitation to be the Vendor’s only point of contact with the Department following the public advertisement of the Procurement Solicitation until such time as the results of the Procurement Solicitation are publicly announced or the Procurement Solicitation is cancelled.
