IT Employees means those personnel employed by Customer within customer’s IT department. “Floating Users” shall mean the maximum number of individuals out of a total user population, authorized by the Customer to access the Software at a given point in time.

IT Employees means those employees of the ALSTOM Group working wholly or predominantly in connection with the provision of IT Services to the MGT/IST Business together with in the case of sites at Nürnberg and Finspång any such employees who work wholly or predominantly in connection with the provision of IT Services to the Retained Business as set out in Appendix D.

IT Employees means those Healtheon employees or contractors whose primary responsibility is the providing of IT Services hereunder at BSC's facilities. Related to IT Employees

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
