IT Employees means those personnel employed by Customer within customer’s IT department. “Floating Users” shall mean the maximum number of individuals out of a total user population, authorized by the Customer to access the Software at a given point in time.

IT Employees means those employees of RVI and its affiliates set forth on Schedule 3, which Schedule 3 includes the job title, date of hire, current compensation paid or payable, and the employee benefit plans in which such individuals participate.

• The pay chart shown as Appendix A-1 shall be for Information Technology (IT) Employees and the pay chart shown as Appendix A-2 shall be for Information Systems (IS) Employees.

• Full time Employees (other than IT Employees) shall receive thirty (30) minutes of unpaid break daily but shall not receive any paid breaks.

• In the event of a lay-off in IT, Employees in IT Department positions shall be laid off in reverse order of their seniority.

• Nothing in this Agreement establishes any right in the New Buyer IT Employees to payments of any kind relating to termination of employment.

• The pay chart shown as Appendix A-1 shall be for Information Technology (IT) Employees and the pay chart shown as Appendix A-12 shall be for Information Systems (IS) Employees.

• The Vendors shall timely provide to Scotland such information with respect to the Employees (including the identity of any Excluded IT Employees) as may be reasonably necessary in order for Scotland to comply with its obligations under this Section 6.11.

More Definitions of IT Employees

IT Employees means those employees of the ALSTOM Group working wholly or predominantly in connection with the provision of IT Services to the MGT/IST Business together with in the case of sites at Nürnberg and Finspång any such employees who work wholly or predominantly in connection with the provision of IT Services to the Retained Business as set out in Appendix D.

IT Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a).

IT Employees means those Healtheon employees or contractors whose primary responsibility is the providing of IT Services hereunder at BSC's facilities. Healtheon agrees that it will not charge BSC (i) any support expenses, such as rent, phone, computing, office expenses for those IT Employees; or (ii) any Healtheon "allocated" expenses, such as management, administration, other overhead cost, etc., with respect to such IT Employees. In the event that Healtheon decides to provide any of the IT Employees with Healtheon stock options, Healtheon agrees that it will not charge BSC any expenses associated with any such grants.
