(jj) definition

(jj)  has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

• If the Organization does not provide the personal information requested, J&J AFFILIATE will not be able to fulfill its obligations to the Organization pursuant to this letter agreement.

• J&J AFFILIATE will not arrange for or reimburse travel expenses relating to side-trips, unrelated trip extensions or unnecessary stopovers.

(jj)  means Johnson & Johnson, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates in each case controlled by J&J, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
