Job Search Entitlement. (a) An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy must be allowed up to one day’s time off without loss of ordinary pay during each week of notice for the purpose of seeking other employment.
Job Search Entitlement. Where an employer has given notice to an employee, the employee shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment. The time off shall be taken at times that are convenient to the employee after consultation with the employer.

The time off is to be taken at a time or times that are convenient to the teacher after consultation with the school.

An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy must be allowed up to one day’s time off each week to a maximum of 5 days without loss of pay during each week of notice for the purposes of seeking other employment. If the Employee has been allowed paid leave for more than one day during the notice period for the purpose of seeking other employment, the employee must, at the request of the employer, produce proof of attendance at an interview or the employee will not be entitled to payment for the time absent. For this purpose a statutory declaration is sufficient.
Job Search Entitlement. 11.6.1 During the period of notice of termination given by the Company in accordance with clause 5.6.1, an FTM shall be allowed up to one day’s time off without loss of pay during each week of notice for the purpose of seeking other employment.
Job Search Entitlement. 60.1 Where the Employer provides an Employee with notice of termination on the grounds of redundancy, the Employee is entitled to up to one day paid leave for each week of the notice period for the purpose of seeking alternative employment.
