Joint Purchasing Services definition

Joint Purchasing Services means, to the extent permitted by applicable law, such cooperation and coordination between the Parties, including by means of information sharing and joint purchasing from the same vendors, as is necessary or advisable to achieve such benefits including volume discounts, cost reductions and efficiency in gathering market information in the purchase of equipment, silicon wafers, photo chemicals and other raw materials and spare parts, which have been historically provided to the Business. “Leased Premises” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.14(a).
