Joint Research Steering Committee definition

Joint Research Steering Committee or “JRSC” means the committee established to oversee the Research Work Plan during the Research Program Term.
Joint Research Steering Committee or "JRSC" shall mean the research management committee composed of representatives of Versicor and Novartis described more fully in Section 2.1 hereof.
Joint Research Steering Committee means the joint committee composed of representatives of Cubist and Novartis described in Section 2.3.

The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Negotiating Committee means a three-member group comprised by representatives of the following: (1) the State; and (2) two representatives of Local Governments of which one representative will be from a Municipality and one shall be from a County (collectively, “Members”) within the State. The State shall be represented by the Attorney General or her designee.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
