JumpStart Services definition

JumpStart Services means mutually agreed upon time and materials based consulting services JumpMind provides to Customer for effective use of the Product including but not limited to design, development, and/or testing of Customer synchronization scenario and/or Product enhancements. “Support Services” means Services provided to assist Customer with ongoing support of Product as detailed in Appendix A. “Support Subscription Parameters” means the values provided on the Customer Order Form detailing the level of support required for Customer. These values include Support Service Level, Max Nodes, Max Rows Per Day, Max Tables and Support Tickets per Term. See Section 4. (Customer Order Form) for definitions of each parameter.
JumpStart Services means mutually agreed upon time and materials-based consulting services JumpMind provides to Customer for effective use of the Product including but not limited to design, development, and/or testing of Customer usage scenario and/or Product enhancements.
JumpStart Services means remote implementation assistance services provided to Licensee pursuant to an Order.

Examples of JumpStart Services in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right to use the JumpStart Services will expire ninety (90) calendar days following purchase of the JumpStart Services.

  • During the JumpStart Services Term, Licensee will make diligent efforts to schedule and complete the JumpStart Services, including, without limitation, having the proper personnel, equipment, and environment available in a timely manner.

  • The JumpStart Services will be considered fully delivered and completed upon the earlier of: (i) signature by Licensee acknowledging completion of the JumpStart Services, or (ii) five attempts by Netwrix via email to contact Licensee following completion of the JumpStart Services to which Licensee has been unresponsive.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties will enter into a separate agreement for any services other than Maintenance Services, JumpStart Services, and Professional Services.

  • Netwrix will commence and complete the JumpStart Services within a reasonable time considering the complexity and circumstances of the JumpStart Services (“JumpStart Services Term”).

  • Licensee acknowledges that all right, title and interest in any intellectual property rights created as a part of the Maintenance Services, JumpStart Services, and Professional Services, including without limitation any Deliverables, shall be owned by Netwrix.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee retains any right, title, and interest in any Licensee confidential information shared with Netwrix as part of the Maintenance Services, JumpStart Services, or Professional Services, as applicable.

  • Netwrix warrants that it will perform the JumpStart Services and Professional Services: (i) in a professional, diligent, and technically correct manner; and (ii) in substantial conformance with the applicable services scope for JumpStart Services, set forth in this Agreement, or for Professional Services, set forth in the SOW (collectively, the “Services Warranties”).

  • The scope of the JumpStart Services will be set forth in an Order and Project Document (as such term is defined in the Professional Services Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit A).

Related to JumpStart Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).
