Junior Lien Notes Indenture definition

Junior Lien Notes Indenture means the indenture, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among Wilmington Trust, N.A., as trustee, and the Loan Parties.
Junior Lien Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Original Closing Date, among the Parent Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Junior Lien Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance therewith.
