Key Business Employee definition

Key Business Employee means any Business Employee who is employed by the Company as a District Manager, Pharmacy District Manager, Human Resources District Manager, or Accounts Payable District Manager;

Key Business Employee means the Business Employees identified on Schedule 4.14 as being Key Business Employees.

Key Business Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(a).

• To the Knowledge of the Sellers, no Key Business Employee has notified any of the Acquired Companies that such employee will cancel or otherwise terminate his/her relationship with the relevant Acquired Company, or is being terminated by the relevant Acquired Company.

Key Business Employee referred to in this Agreement means any of employees of Party A holding director’s or higher position or knowing the core confidential information or key business of Party A. Article 5 If Party B served as a Sales Employee or Technical Employee during his/her employment with Party A, he/she may not, after departure from Party A, contact, individually or together any other person, anyone who was a client or partner of Party A during his/her employment with Party A for any business activity same as or similar to that of Party A. Article 6 If Party B was a Key Business Employee of Party A during his/her employment with Party A, unless with Party A’s consent, Party B may not work for any company competing with Party A within two years following termination of his/her employment with Party A. Key Business Employee means any Business Employee with an annual base salary of $250,000 or above.
