Key Service Level definition

Key Service Level means each Service Level Category identified in Table 1 hereto which is designated as “Key.”
Key Service Level means those Service Levels which VMU wishes IBM to monitor and report and for which neither revenue impact nor service level credit apply and are set forth in Exhibit B-1 to Schedule B (Service Levels).

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.
