Kiosks definition

Kiosks means one or more pad-mounted power distribution and metering cabinets, in any combination, configuration and using any type of technology or means, necessary or convenient for the purpose of distributing electricity and powering electric charging stations, together with all ancillary appliances and fittings, including any associated protective installations, and related works;
Kiosks means (a) all of the kiosks associated with the Business, including those that are currently deployed, have been deployed, or have never been deployed (except for kiosks acquired by Seller from DVDPlay, Inc. on December 8, 2009, as identified on Schedule 1.1(iii)) and (b) with regard to the Kiosks, all associated graphics, labels, stickers, signs, rebranding-related materials, internal operating components, work in progress, spares, parts, external monitors, card readers, and RFID readers, except for (x) logos, trademarks, service marks, or other markings or Intellectual Property licensed by Seller pursuant to the Blockbuster License or (y) as set forth on Schedule 1.1(iv).
Kiosks means a booth or other vending apparatus either stand alone or staffed, where Gift Cards can be purchased and may be located in malls, airports or other retail areas (but not including Safeway retail stores).

Kiosks are a value added reseller product offered by Navidec consisting of free standing, touch screen computer kiosks configured with software enabling them to access Regional Wheels and/or individual automobile dealership websites with a Subscriber-selected subset of the full Oregon Wheels data base that is stored locally on the Kiosk. If Navidec ultimately develops U.S. Wheels, Kiosks will also allow access to U.S. Wheels.
