Lamp means a device designed to illuminate the road or to emit a light signal to other road users. Rear registration plate lamp and retro-reflectors are likewise to be regarded as lamps;
Toilet means a disposal apparatus used for urination and defecation, fitted with a seat and flushing device.
AMPS means the shares of AMPS being auctioned pursuant to this paragraph 10.
Toileting means getting to and from the toilet, getting on and off the toilet, and performing associated personal hygiene.
Glass means Internal Glass, External Glass and Specified Glass.
Stain means a clear, semi-transparent, or opaque coating labeled and formulated to change the color of a surface, but not conceal the grain pattern or texture.
Ballast means an electronic light source control gear between supply and light source to stabilise the electrical current of a gas-discharge light source;
Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.
Appliances means and include electrical, mechanical and electronic appliances such as refrigerator, television, DVD player, videocassette recorder/player, washing machine, microwave oven, music system, personal computer, laptops and air-conditioner contained or fixed in the Insured’s home for domestic use.
Bathing means washing oneself by sponge bath; or in either a tub or shower, including the task of getting into or out of the tub or shower.
Tube means an x-ray tube, unless otherwise specified.
Laser means light amplification by the stimulated emission of radiation.
Plate means the license plate, including renewal decals, if any, issued for a vehicle registered under the plan by the base jurisdiction.
Accessories means all fixtures, equipment, systems, machinery, furniture, furnishings, appliances, inventory, goods, building and construction materials, supplies and other articles of personal property, of every kind and character, tangible and intangible (including software embedded therein), now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor, which are now or hereafter attached to or situated in, on or about the Land or Improvements, or used in or necessary to the complete and proper planning, development, use, occupancy or operation thereof, or acquired (whether delivered to the Land or stored elsewhere) for use or installation in or on the Land or Improvements, and all Additions to the foregoing, all of which are hereby declared to be permanent accessions to the Land.
Utensil means any implement used in the storage, preparation, transportation, or service of food.
Ventilation means the supply of outside air into a building through window or other openings due to wind outside and convection effects arising from temperature, or vapour pressure differences (or both) between inside and outside of the building;
Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.
Grooming means befriending and establishing an emotional connection with a child or a child's family to lower the child's inhibitions for emotional, physical, or sexual abuse.
Shrub means and refer to a woody plant, smaller than a tree, consisting of several small stems from the ground or small branches near the ground.
Bathroom means any room containing a built-in flush-type toilet.
Cleaner means a product designed and labeled primarily to remove soil or other contaminants from surfaces.
Duct is a single enclosed path to house facilities to provide Telecommunications Services.
Auxiliary meaning an employee who is employed for work which is not of a continuous nature. "Employee" does not include managerial or confidential positions mutually excluded by the parties to this agreement or by decision of the Labour Relations Board.
Plumbing means plumbing as defined in Section 1(1) of the Act.
Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.
Toilet room means a room containing a water closet and a wash basin.
