Lamps. Various type lamps required for street lighting, fire alarm or traffic signals, flashing beacons, directional arrows, warning units, illuminated signs, and floodlights.
Lamps a. Lamps, such as but not limited to, fluorescent tubes, compact fluorescent, HID lamps (mercury vapor, metal halide, high-pressure sodium), neon lamps; and any other lamps that are dangerous waste. Fluorescent lamps being referred to as “spent” contain mercury that requires recycling. Lamps shall be treated as Universal Waste. An unused lamp becomes waste on the date the handler decides to discard it.

Lamps. 8.05 The Tenant shall pay throughout the Term promptly to the Landlord when demanded the cost of maintaining and servicing in all respects all electric lighting fixtures in the Leased Premises including the cost of replacement on a group basis or otherwise of electric light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, starters and ballasts installed on commencement of the said Term. Such maintaining, servicing and replacing shall be within the exclusive right of the Landlord and shall be carried out at reasonably competitive rates.

Lamps. All lamps shall be suitable for normal stated supply voltage and the number and sizes of lamps detailed on the drawings shall be supplied and fixed. The Contractor must verify the actual supply voltage with the supply authority before ordering the lamps. Tungsten filament lamps shall be manufactured in accordance with KS 04 – 112:1978 for general service lamps and KS 04 – 307:1985 for lamps other than general services. Tubular fluorescent lamps shall comply with KS 04 – 464:1982 Pearl lamps shall be used in all fittings unless otherwise specified.
