Land Areas definition

Land Areas means the entire parcel referred to except dedicated public rights-of-way.

  • These six areas include all of those lands identified as Most Suitable for Conservation (EW) in the Weighted Analysis Land Areas by Land Suitability Index Category set forth on page 11 of the Ecological Assessment report dated October 2007 along with additional surrounding lands.

  • Tenant shall not make alterations and additions to the Premises (including, without limitation, the Additional Land Areas as that term is defined in Section 8.27 below) except in accordance with plans and specifications therefor first approved by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • The Additional Land Areas shall be deemed to be a part of the Premises for the purposes of the covenants and agreements of Tenant under Article V of this Lease; provided, however, that Tenant shall not have the right to assign its rights under this Section 8.27 or to sublease all or any portion of the Additional Land Areas, other than in connection with an assignment or sublease under Section 5.6.1 above or a permitted occupancy under Section 5.6.6 above.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is expressly understood and agreed that the indemnification provisions of Section 5.7 of this Lease shall be deemed to include any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, relating to, or claimed to relate to, Tenant's use of the Additional Land Areas (including, without limitation, any claims that may arise under the MHD Lease).

  • In addition, Tenant shall have the right, without obtaining the prior consent of Landlord to from time to time modify the topography of the Additional Land Areas (as defined in Section 8.27 below) and erect temporary structures thereon in order to simulate user environments.

  • In addition, Tenant may terminate this Lease if fifty percent (50%) or more of Land Recreation Area A shall be taken and the remaining portion of Land Area Recreation A is insufficient for the Permitted Uses of the Additional Land Areas, as determined by Tenant in its reasonable discretion (taking into account the continued availability of Land Recreation Area B for such purposes).

  • In addition, the agencies propose adding two new categories to the place-based definitions that may qualify for CRA consideration: (i) disaster preparedness and climate resiliency activities and (ii) activities in Native Land Areas.

Related to Land Areas

  • Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;

  • Land means the land described in Exhibit A.

  • the LA area means the area in respect of which is the local authority.

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.

  • Sanitary landfill means a disposal facility for solid waste so located, designed and operated that it

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Facility that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ xxxxxxxx, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Facility during non-business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and (iii) the areas defined as Restricted Areas in the Background Check Policy.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Disturbed area means an area where the ground cover is destroyed or removed leaving the land subject to accelerated erosion.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Riparian area means the transition area between flowing water and terrestrial (land) ecosystems composed of trees, shrubs and surrounding vegetation which serve to stabilize erodible soil, improve both surface and ground water quality, increase stream shading and enhance wildlife habitat.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof; [“mineral lease”] 4
