Land Documents definition

Land Documents means the master lease described in Part 1 of Schedule 9 (Land Documents), the Early Project Land Documents, the Phase 1A Land Documents, and the Phase 1B Land Documents;
Land Documents or “Project Land Documents” shall mean the documents of title and/or interest reflecting the Issuer’s title and/or interest in respect of the Project Land, and/or part thereof, including sale deeds, land lease agreements and right to use agreements, as the case may be, in connection with the Project Land.
Land Documents. The documents listed in Section 4.1.2(a)(i) (Principal Project Documents - Land Documents) and all other contracts and documents entered into prior to, on, or after the Initial Advance Date required for the acquisition of land and rights to land for the Project, all easements, licenses, and covenants, conditions and restrictions in connection with the Project Site, and any and all other documents (including estoppel certificates from landlords) affecting an interest in or right to use the Project Site.

  • Commencing on and/or after the date of Early Financial Close, the Grantor shall execute the Early Project Land Documents and deliver each of the Early Project Sites to the Developer with vacant possession thereof for the purposes of implementing this Agreement on the dates set out in the delivery schedule agreed by the Grantor and the Developer and set forth in Schedule 8 (Land Delivery Schedule).

  • Commencing on the date of Financial Close 1B, the Grantor shall execute the Phase 1B Land Documents and deliver each of the Phase 1B Sites to the Developer with vacant possession thereof for the purposes of implementing this Agreement on the dates set out in the delivery schedule agreed by the Grantor and the Developer and set forth in Schedule 8 (Land Delivery Schedule).

  • Commencing on and/or after the date of Financial Close 1A, the Grantor shall execute the Phase 1A Land Documents and deliver each of the balance of the Phase 1A Sites to the Developer which have not already been delivered to the Developer under Clause 7.4, with vacant possession thereof for the purposes of implementing this Agreement on the dates set out in the delivery schedule agreed by the Grantor and the Developer and set forth in Schedule 8 (Land Delivery Schedule).

  • All disputes or differences arising out or relating to the Land Documents, their interpretation or any breach thereof shall be determined in accordance with Clause 48 (Disputes).

  • Subject as aforesaid both Parties undertake to comply with their obligations under the Land Documents.


More Definitions of Land Documents

Land Documents means the Title Commitment, the Commitment Documents, and the Survey collectively.
Land Documents. As defined in Section 4.1.2(a) of the Common Agreement.
Land Documents is intended to mean the Operative Documents as defined in the Land CDPA; "OPERATIVE DOCUMENTS" is intended to mean the Improvement Documents and the Land Documents, collectively; "IMPROVEMENTS LEASE" is intended to mean the Lease as defined in the Improvements CDPA; "LEASES" is intended to mean the Improvements Lease and the Lease as defined in the Land CDPA, collectively; "PURCHASE AGREEMENTS" is intended to mean the Purchase Agreement as defined in the Improvements CDPA and the Purchase Agreement as defined in the Land CDPA, collectively; "PLEDGE AGREEMENTS" is intended to mean the Pledge Agreement as defined in the Improvements CDPA and the Pledge Agreement as defined in the Land CDPA, collectively; and "DESIGNATED SALE DATE" is intended to mean the earlier of the Designated Sale Date as defined in the Improvements CDPA or the Designated Sale Date as defined in the Land CDPA.
Land Documents means the Existing Facilities Land Documents and the New Sites Land Documents;
Land Documents. As defined in Section 4.1.2(a).
Land Documents means documents acceptable to Lender with respect to the Land, including: (a) any deed, lease, easement, right of way, license, waiver, or other document conveying to Borrower a fee interest, leasehold, or other rights with respect to, the Land and any adjoining property necessary for access to the Land or operation of the Project including any recorded memorandum or short form of such document recorded in the public records; (b) documents acceptable to Lender, including a mortgage, deed of trust, or security deed, conveying to Lender a Lien in the Land and to the extent necessary for operation of the Project, any interest of the Borrower in adjoining property; (c) all amendments, modifications, and supplements with respect to the foregoing documents; and any replacements, renewals, extensions or restatements thereof, and any substitutes therefor, in whole or in part.
Land Documents means the real property leases and easements for the Site that together establish Site Control.
