Land Use Classifications definition

Land Use Classifications means the classification to be established by the Declarant pursuant to Article 4, which designates the type of improvements which may be constructed on a Lot or Common Area and the purposes for which such improvements and surrounding land may be utilized.
Land Use Classifications means the classifications established by the Developer pursuant to Article IV, Section 1, which designated the type of improvements which may be constructed on a Lot, Parcel, or Association Land and the purposes for which such improvements and surrounding land may be utilized.

Examples of Land Use Classifications in a sentence

  • For development applications within the RES-3 (Residential - 3 du/ga) and higher Future Land Use Classifications, the mailing shall be to all property owners within 500 feet of the project boundary.

Related to Land Use Classifications
