Large Capacity Cesspool definition

Large Capacity Cesspool means a cesspool that serves any non-residential facility that has the capacity to serve more than twenty (20) people per day or serves any multi-family residence or apartment building.
Large Capacity Cesspool means a cesspool that serves more than one residential dwelling or, for a non-residential cesspool, has the capacity to serve twenty or more persons per day.
Large Capacity Cesspool means a multiple dwelling, community or regional cesspools, or other devices that receive sanitary wastes, containing human excreta that have an open bottom and sometimes have perforated sides. More Definitions of Large Capacity Cesspool

Large Capacity Cesspool means any underground structure with an open bottom or perforated sides, not preceded by a septic tank, utilized for Domestic Sewage disposal from residential multiple-dwelling or community developments, or non-residential developments with the capacity to serve twenty (20) or more people per day.
Large Capacity Cesspool or “LCC” shall mean a Cesspool which is used by a multiple- dwelling community or regional system, or is a non-residential cesspool that has the capacity to serve 20 or more persons a day. See 40 C.F.R. § 144.81(2).
