Late Application Fee definition

Late Application Fee means a fee that is charged for failure to comply with the application time frame specified in the applicable statute and administrative code for completion and submission of the required application for permit to the Health Department.

  • Application Fee means the non-refundable fee required by Owner to process the Application.
