Laydown Areas definition

Laydown Areas means areas of the Site shown as such in Attachment Y where Contractor may locate Equipment, materials, utilities, buildings, and other temporary facilities for use during the Work.
Laydown Areas has the meaning set forth in Attachment 25 (if any).

Examples of Laydown Areas in a sentence

  • Contractor shall maintain the Laydown Areas, temporary on-Site roads that it uses for Work until Substantial Completion.

  • These OPAs are the first of fourteen OPAs identified in Phase 3 – Policy Development of the Official Plan Update to take place throughout 2022 and 2023.

More Definitions of Laydown Areas

Laydown Areas means those areas identified as Existing Permitted Area in Exhibit Y-3. “Heavy Haul Road” means the portion of the Stage 3 Permanent Facilities identified in Exhibit Y-3 that is not located on the Stage 3 Site.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Transient occupancy means occupancy in transient lodging that has all of the following

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
