Officers and Representatives. The District shall recognize the officers and elected representatives of the Association. The Association shall keep management advised in writing of its officers and representatives.
Officers and Representatives. 1. The Association shall notify the County Mayor and the Human Resources Department of the names of its Officers. The President of the Association, if a County employee, shall be released from duty with pay to administer this Agreement. Furthermore, the Association President may select three (3) bargaining unit employees to be released from duty with pay to assist in the administration of this Agreement.
2. The Association has the right to select up to sixty (60) employees from within the bargaining unit, as herein defined, to act as Association representatives. The names of employees selected shall be certified in writing to the Directors of their respective departments and the Director of Labor Relations and Compensation of Miami-Dade County by the Association. It is agreed to and understood by the parties that Association representatives may spend up to a cumulative total of two hundred and fifty (250) hours per month, without loss of pay, with the prior approval of their supervisor, in the processing of grievances, administration of the Agreement not for the purpose of soliciting membership. The supervisor's approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Officers and Representatives. The Union officers and representatives are as follows: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Xxxxxxx and three (3)
Officers and Representatives. An Association officer or representative shall be allowed reasonable time off during working hours with notice to his/her department head without loss of pay to conduct negotiations and handle grievances at any meeting attended by the exclusive representative of the City. For the purpose of representation, the Association shall be entitled to appoint a representative who shall restrict his/her activities to the handling of grievances or other legitimate union business, and in this connection shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time for this purpose. However, the City is under no obligation to pay representatives when they are not scheduled to work.
a. The Association shall designate to the City, in writing, the officers and the grievance committee representatives who shall be responsible for handling grievances. This shall occur within ten
Officers and Representatives. Section A: The employer agrees to recognize the duly elected officers and representatives of the Association.
Section B: The officers and representatives of the Association shall be granted reasonable time off without loss of pay to negotiate, handle grievances/complaints and to meet with the employer to discuss areas of mutual benefit. However, if the officer is attending to Association business while off duty, they are not eligible for compensation.
Section C: The officers and representatives of the Association shall be granted time off without loss of pay to attend seminars designed to improve management-employee relations that are conducted during their work shift. Only one officer per shift shall be granted time off without loss of pay. Said leave time shall be granted at the discretion of the Chief.
Officers and Representatives. The UNION shall provide a current list of its officers and representatives to the Employee and Labor Relations Manager, or designated representative. The UNION shall notify the Employee and Labor Relations Manager, or designated representative, of changes to this listing in a timely fashion.
Officers and Representatives. A. The Montrose County IOG shall elect by majority vote from among their members a Chair and a Vice-Chair, each serving staggered two-year terms. They may not be from the same organization. Officers may be re-elected to serve an unlimited number of additional terms. The Chair and Vice-Chair positions shall be elected during alternating years.
X. Xxxxxx and Duties of the Montrose IOG Chair:
1. Preside and facilitate each of the meetings of the Montrose County IOG;
2. Represent the Montrose County IOG and be spokesperson for the Montrose County IOG at governmental, community, or other meetings, or designate another Montrose County IOG member in the Chair’s absence;
3. Assist in setting the agenda for all meetings Keep Montrose County IOG members informed of matters pertinent to their responsibility;
4. Call the result of consensus decision making and any votes which may occur;
5. Represent the interests of the Montrose County IOG regarding authorization of funds and will act as the liaison between the Montrose County IOG and the State Department of Human Services’ budget office.
C. Vice-Chair (elected – 2 yr.): The Vice Chair shall serve a term of two years with elections being held in January. It shall be the Vice Chair’s responsibility to carry out all duties of the Chair in the Chair’s absence.
D. Treasurer (appointed – no term): The Treasurer will oversee the financial administration of the CMP and review the budget each month prior to Montrose County IOG meetings.
E. An executive Committee to the Montrose County IOG shall be composed of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and CMP Administrator. The CMP Administrator will maintain an archive of Montrose County IOG minutes for no fewer than 3 years.
F. Removal and Resignation of Officers
1. Any officer may be removed by a majority vote of the Montrose County IOG
2. Any officer may resign by giving written notice to the Montrose County IOG
3. Officers may be removed for non-compliance with by-laws
4. The Executive Committee shall make a recommendation to the Montrose County IOG on a vacancy replacement and a vote will be brought to the Montrose County IOG
Officers and Representatives. APPOINTMENT The Board shall appoint a President and a Secretary at an organizational meeting and at its annual meetings. It may appoint one or more Vice-Presidents as well as any officer or mandatary. Where applicable, the Board shall define their mandate so that it is compatible with this by-law and fix their compensation.

b. The Association, during contract negotiations, may be represented by employees in the bargaining unit, the number not to exceed five (5). There shall be no more than one (1) employee on the Association bargaining committee from any one City department. However, if the Association desires to have more than one (1) employee from any one City department on its bargaining committee, the City shall determine when bargaining will occur.
Officers and Representatives. Each circle shall elect a chairperson (or facilitator) of circle meetings and a secretary from amongst its members. Each circle shall also elect one or more representatives of the circle in the next higher circle, whether or not that person is a member of the circle, provided the representative is in some way connected to the LLC. These elections shall be conducted annually, or as deemed necessary by the circle, at a meeting convened for this purpose, according to the consent principle and after open discussion.
