Level 2 Error definition

Level 2 Error means an Error, other than a Level 1 Error, that reduces by ten percent (10%) or more the service, operation or transaction processing capabilities of the Covered Software.
Level 2 Error means an Error, other than a Level 1 Error, that either (i) [ ], [ ]or [ ] of the [ ] or (ii) [ ] or [ ] to [ ] of the [ ].
Level 2 Error means a “Level 2 Error” as defined in the System maintenance and support agreement between the City and the System Contractor and at least 75 Users are impacted in the same manner as defined in the System maintenance and support agreement for a level 2 error.

Level 2 Error means the repeated failure of the Licensed Software or a major function or subsystem of the Licensed Software.

Related to Level 2 Error

  • Level 2 means a charging system that provides charging through a two-hundred- eight to two-hundred-forty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Level 1 means a charging system that provides charging through a one-hundred- twenty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.

  • Level 4 means a project of greater than 550 kWac and not more than 1 MWac.

  • Level II means a component of the federal PASRR requirement. Level II refers to the evaluation and determination of whether nursing facility services and specialized services are needed for individuals with mental illness or developmental disability who are potential nursing facility admissions, regardless of the source of payment for the nursing facility service (42 CFR 483.128(a)). Level II evaluations include assessment of the individual’s physical, mental, and functional status (42 CFR 483.132).

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Level IV Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated BBB+ or higher by S&P or Baa1 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) none of Level I Pricing, Level II Pricing or Level III Pricing applies.

  • Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

  • Level I means a component of the federal PASRR requirement. Level I refers to the identification of individuals who are potential nursing facility admissions who have indicators of mental illness or developmental disabilities (42 CFR 483.128(a)).

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Level IV and “Level V”: the respective Level set forth below: S&P Moody’s Level I A- or higher A3 or higher Level II BBB+ Baa1 Level III BBB Baa2 Level IV BBB- Baa3 Level V BB+ or lower Ba1 or lower provided that if on any day the Applicable Xxxxx’x Rating and the Applicable S&P Rating do not coincide for any rating category and the Level differential is (x) one level, then the higher of the Applicable S&P Rating or the Applicable Xxxxx’x Rating will be the applicable Level; (y) two levels, the Level at the midpoint will be the applicable Level; and (z) more than two levels, the highest of the intermediate Levels will be the applicable Level; provided further that if on any day, neither the Applicable Xxxxx’x Rating nor the Applicable S&P Rating is available, the applicable Level shall be Level V.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Top Level Domain means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain.   • Second Level Domain “Second Level Domain” has the meaning given to it in this paragraph. “URL” means a web address, including the “http://” and any material appearing after a slash in the address. “Domain Name” means a URL, less the “http://” and any material appearing to the right of the next slash (‘/’) in the address. (So for example, in the URL “Xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/homepage.html”, the Domain Name is “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Top Level Domain” means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain.   • Level I Pricing applies on any day on which the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A+ or higher by S&P or A1 or higher by Moody’s.

  • Level II Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A or higher by S&P or A2 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) Level I Pricing does not apply.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Level III Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A- or higher by S&P or A3 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) neither Level I Pricing nor Level II Pricing applies.

  • Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.

  • Ground Level means the level of the referred point of exposed surface of the ground as indicated in the drawing.

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Latest Level means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the latest level of such Inflation Index (excluding any "flash" estimates) published or announced by the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor prior to the month in respect of which the Substitute Index Level is being determined.
